Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website jazsportc.com, including its localized version Jazz Sports for users located in the United Kingdom (the "Site"). These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and apply to all access to and use of the Site and all betting and gaming services offered through it.

By accessing or using the Site, opening an account or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Sportsbook and Casino House Rules, and any promotion-specific terms in force as of 2025 and updated from time to time. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

  • Operator means Jazz Business Group ("JBG") or any affiliated entity operating the Jazz Sports brand and the Site jazsportc.com, from its base in San José, Costa Rica, under online gambling licences issued in Curaçao (Master Licence 365/JAZ and sub-licence GLH-OCCHKTW0710102018).
  • Site means the website jazsportc.com and its localized instance Jazz Sports, including all pages, subdomains, mobile versions and related digital channels controlled by the Operator for the provision of its betting and gaming services.
  • User or you means any person who accesses the Site, whether or not they register an Account or place a Bet.
  • Player means a User who has successfully registered an Account, passed any required verification checks and is permitted by the Operator to place Bets and participate in Games.
  • Account means the personal online betting account registered by a Player on the Site and maintained by the Operator.
  • Bet or Wager means any stake, bet, wager, buy-in or other risk of money or monetary value placed by a Player via the Site on sports events, casino games or any other betting product offered by the Operator.
  • Bonus means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, enhanced odds, matched deposit or other non-cash benefit granted by the Operator to a Player, subject to applicable terms and wagering requirements.
  • Promotion means any temporary or ongoing offer advertised on the Site (including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards and special campaigns) and governed by specific promotional terms in addition to these Terms.
  • Funds means all real-money balances held in a Player's Account, including deposits, winnings and credited cashback, but excluding non-withdrawable Bonuses that are subject to wagering requirements.
  • Games means the online sportsbook, casino games, live dealer games and any other betting or gaming products offered on the Site from time to time.
  • House Rules means the detailed rules applicable to particular Games or betting markets (including Sportsbook House Rules and Casino Game Rules) as published on the Site and updated from time to time.
  • Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Curaçao or Costa Rica, as applicable in 2025 and beyond.
  • UK or United Kingdom means England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to register an Account and use the Site. By opening an Account, you confirm that you are 18+ and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
  • UK regulatory position: The Site is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, is operated offshore under Curaçao licence 365/JAZ (sub-licence GLH-OCCHKTW0710102018), and is classified as a non-GamStop operator. As a result, UK-specific regulatory protections (including UKGC-backed dispute resolution, GamStop self-exclusion integration and UK compensation schemes) do not apply to your use of the Site.

Registration Process

  • One Account policy: You may register only one Account with the Operator. Multiple or duplicate Accounts, including those opened using different email addresses or identities, may be suspended or closed and any Bonuses cancelled.

KYC, AML and Source-of-Funds Checks

  • Verification obligations: To comply with licensing and anti-money laundering requirements applicable to Curaçao-licensed and Costa Rica-based operators in 2025, the Operator may at any time request identity and verification documents (including passport or ID, proof of address, payment method verification and source-of-funds evidence).
  • Timing: The Operator may restrict deposits, cancel Bonuses, withhold withdrawals or suspend your Account until satisfactory KYC and AML checks have been completed. You agree to cooperate promptly and honestly with all such requests.
  • Failure to provide documents: If you fail to provide requested documentation, provide false or misleading information, or the Operator reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering or other unlawful conduct, your Account may be suspended or closed and Funds may be frozen pending investigation, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Account Security and User Obligations

  • Login details: You are responsible for keeping your username, password and any other security credentials confidential. Any Bet placed using your Account credentials will be treated as placed by you.
  • Unauthorised access: You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed by a third party. The Operator may require additional verification and may temporarily suspend the Account to protect you.
  • Accuracy of data: You must keep your registration details up to date. This includes notifying the Operator of changes in address, contact details, payment methods or tax residency. The Operator is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or obsolete information provided by you.
  • Prohibited uses: You must not open an Account or use the Site on behalf of another person, or for any professional, syndicated or business betting purposes, or where doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Betting Conditions

  • House Rules: All Bets and participation in Games are subject to these Terms, the applicable House Rules and any event- or game-specific rules published on the Site as of 2025 and updated from time to time. In the event of inconsistency, the order of precedence is: (1) promotion-specific terms; (2) House Rules; (3) these Terms.
  • Types of bets: The Operator offers a range of betting options, including single, multiple and system bets, live in-play bets, casino games, live dealer games and other products. The availability of specific Games or markets may vary by time and jurisdiction.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Bet is subject to minimum and maximum stake limits set by the Operator or its providers. Limits may vary by market, Game and Player profile and may be adjusted at the Operator's discretion.

Placement, Acceptance and Settlement of Bets

  • Bet placement: A Bet is deemed placed when it is submitted by you and recorded on the Operator's systems. A Bet is deemed accepted only when a unique transaction ID is generated and visible in your betting history.
  • Pre-event and live betting: For pre-event bets, acceptance occurs before the advertised start time. For live or in-play bets, acceptance depends on real-time market availability and may be subject to delays or suspensions. Bets submitted during a suspension or after a material event may be rejected or voided.
  • Results: Settlement of Bets is based on the official results published by the relevant governing body or event organiser, or, in the case of virtual or RNG Games, by the outcome determined by the certified random number generator or game server.

Cancellation, Modification and Errors

  • No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted by the Operator, it cannot be cancelled or modified by you. It is your responsibility to check that all Bet details are correct before confirmation.
  • Operator's right to void: The Operator may void or adjust Bets in the event of obvious errors (including palpable odds errors, incorrect event information, erroneous settlement), technical failures, market suspension errors or where a Bet has been accepted after the outcome is known or materially influenced.
  • Technical failures: If, due to a technical or communication failure, a Game or Bet does not complete as intended, the Operator may void the Bet, roll back the Game or restore the balance to the state immediately prior to the failure, in accordance with its House Rules and applicable law.

Conduct, Fair Use and Chat Rules

  • Fair play: You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated tools, exploitation of software bugs, arbitrage between different operator accounts, or any conduct that unfairly advantages you or harms other Players or the Operator.
  • Live chat and interactions: Where live chat or other communication tools are provided, you must not post or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. You must not solicit other Players for money or promote third-party services.
  • Responsible behavior: You must use the Site for personal entertainment purposes only and must not treat betting as a source of income. The Operator may offer limited responsible gambling tools in 2025 (such as deposit limits or self-exclusion on the Site) but is not integrated with UK GamStop.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Discretionary offers: All Bonuses and Promotions on jazsportc.com are offered at the sole discretion of the Operator and may be granted, withheld, modified or withdrawn at any time in 2025, subject to any commitments already made in accepted offers.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be restricted by country, currency, payment method, player segment or other criteria. The Operator may exclude certain Players or groups of Players from specific Promotions without prior notice where it has legitimate business reasons.
  • Promotion-specific terms: Each Promotion is governed by its own terms (including eligibility, wagering requirements, minimum deposit, maximum convertible winnings and expiry) which you must read and accept before participating. In case of conflict, promotion-specific terms prevail over these Bonus Terms.

Bonus Activation and Wagering

  • Activation: A Bonus may require a qualifying deposit, a specific bonus code, or explicit opt-in. Bonuses will be credited only after the qualifying conditions are satisfied and confirmed by the Operator's systems.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they are converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the Bonus amount 30 times. Wagering requirements must typically be met within the timeframe specified in the Promotion (e.g., 30 days from crediting in 2025).
  • Contribution by game type: Different Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots 100%, table games a lower percentage, some games or bets 0%). The contribution table for each Promotion is published on the Site.

Prohibited Games, Bets and Bonus Abuse

  • Prohibited play patterns: Certain bets or strategies (such as minimum-risk betting, hedging opposite outcomes, or placing large bets on low-variance outcomes solely to meet wagering) may be considered bonus abuse. The Operator may exclude such play from wagering or confiscate Bonus funds and associated winnings.
  • Game restrictions: Some Games, bet types or markets may be excluded from Bonus play. Bets placed on excluded Games will not count towards wagering and may result in forfeit of the Bonus.
  • Bonus stacking: Unless expressly allowed, you may not combine multiple Promotions (for example, overlapping reload bonuses) on the same deposit or stack Bonuses on top of each other. Only one active Bonus may usually be in play at a time.
  • Consequences of abuse: In cases of suspected abuse (including multiple Accounts, use of VPN or proxy to circumvent country restrictions, or collusion), the Operator may cancel Bonuses, confiscate Bonus-related winnings, suspend or close your Account and report relevant activity to regulators or authorities.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: The Site may support deposits via bank or credit cards, e-wallets, vouchers and certain cryptocurrencies, using third-party payment processors. The availability of specific methods in 2025 depends on your location and the Operator's current banking arrangements.
  • Minimum and maximum amounts: Each deposit method is subject to minimum and maximum limits. These are displayed in the cashier section and may be adjusted from time to time.
  • Fees and currency: The Operator may charge reasonable processing fees or pass on third-party fees. Currency conversion fees may apply where your payment currency differs from your Account currency.
  • Funds ownership: You must use only payment methods that are registered in your own name. The Operator may require proof of ownership and may void transactions that breach this requirement.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal requests: You may request a withdrawal of your withdrawable Funds at any time, subject to completion of KYC checks and compliance with any outstanding wagering requirements.
  • Method of payout: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for deposit. If that is not possible, the Operator may offer alternative payout methods at its discretion, in line with its risk policies as of 2025.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within 24-72 hours on Business Days). Actual receipt times may depend on third-party payment providers and banking systems.
  • Withdrawal limits: Daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits may apply, including limits specific to particular methods or to Players with high-risk profiles. Limits are published in the cashier or communicated by support.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Balance Management

  • No credit: The Site does not offer credit. You must have sufficient cleared Funds in your Account to place any Bet.
  • Refunds: Deposits will ordinarily not be refunded once used for betting. In exceptional circumstances (such as technical issues or duplicate deposits), the Operator may consider a refund request, subject to applicable anti-money laundering checks.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, void Bets and Bonuses, recover any winnings credited and charge you for all reasonable costs and fees incurred.
  • Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a prolonged period may be classified as dormant in line with the Operator's policy in force from 2025. The Operator may charge a reasonable monthly fee against any remaining balance or, where required, remit balances in accordance with applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations and Service Quality

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to ensure that all Games are operated fairly and that results are determined by certified random number generators or published official results, as applicable. The Operator uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to maintain the integrity and security of its systems in 2025.
  • Accuracy of information: While the Operator strives to ensure that event information, odds, markets and other content on the Site are accurate, errors may occur. The Operator reserves the right to correct obvious errors and to void or adjust affected Bets in accordance with these Terms and the House Rules.
  • Service availability: The Operator aims to provide the Site on a continuous basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, technical failures or circumstances beyond the Operator's control may temporarily affect access.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • No UK regulatory protections: As an offshore Curaçao-licensed and Costa Rica-based operator, the Operator is not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. UK-specific rights and protections (including access to UKGC-approved alternative dispute resolution bodies and statutory compensation schemes) are not available for disputes arising out of your use of the Site.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special loss or damage, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
  • Maximum liability: The Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of your use of the Site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount of the Bet giving rise to the claim, or (b) your net winnings from the relevant transaction, subject to any applicable legal minimums.
  • Events beyond control: The Operator shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including failures of telecommunications networks, power outages, war, government action, or failures of third-party suppliers or payment providers.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law governing these Terms. However, you acknowledge that, because the Operator is not UK-licensed, certain UK consumer protection statutes may not apply.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks (including Jazz Sports), button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and underlying systems, are owned by the Operator, its group companies or its licensors.
  • Licensed content: Games and software provided by third-party suppliers are licensed to the Operator and remain the property of the relevant suppliers. You receive no rights in such content other than the limited licence described below.

Permitted and Prohibited Uses

  • Limited licence: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and its content for private entertainment purposes only.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, commercially exploit, publish, transmit or make derivative works from any part of the Site or its software without the Operator's prior written consent.
  • Automated access: You may not use any robot, spider, scraper, crawler or other automated device to access the Site for any purpose, including for data mining or monitoring, without the Operator's express written permission.

Privacy & Data Protection

Privacy Policy and Data Use

  • Privacy Policy: The collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal data are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy as updated in 2025 and accessible via the "Privacy" link in the footer of jazsportc.com (which may direct you to a Jazz Sports group domain such as jazzsports.ag/privacy-policy/).
  • Data processing: By using the Site and creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including processing for KYC, AML, fraud prevention, risk management, responsible gambling and marketing (where permitted).
  • International transfers: Because the Operator is based in Costa Rica and licensed in Curaçao, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws. The Operator will take reasonable measures to protect your data in line with its Privacy Policy.
  • Your rights: The Privacy Policy explains the rights you may have in relation to your personal data (such as access, correction and deletion), and how to exercise them by contacting the Operator.

Changes to Terms

Updates and Notifications

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms, the House Rules and any promotion-specific terms from time to time in 2025 and thereafter, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, business practices or the introduction of new products.
  • Notification methods: Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you by one or more of the following methods: posting the updated Terms on the Site with a revised "effective date", displaying a prominent notice or banner on the Site, or sending an email to the address registered to your Account.
  • Acceptance of changes: Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site and may request withdrawal of your remaining Funds, subject to completion of any outstanding obligations (including KYC and wagering requirements).

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict or close your Account, or withhold Funds, at any time if it reasonably believes that:
    • you have breached these Terms, the House Rules or any promotion-specific terms;
    • you have provided false or misleading information, or failed to complete KYC or AML checks;
    • you have engaged in fraud, collusion, money laundering, bonus abuse or other unlawful or improper conduct;
    • you are under 18 years of age, are self-excluded with other operators or via GamStop, or are otherwise ineligible to use the Site; or
    • such action is necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations applicable to the Operator in Curaçao, Costa Rica or other relevant jurisdictions.
  • Investigations: During an investigation, the Operator may suspend access to your Account, delay withdrawals, reverse Bonuses and void Bets where it reasonably considers this necessary to protect itself or other Players.

Player-Initiated Closure and Consequences

  • Balances on closure: Upon closure (whether by you or the Operator), any remaining real-money balance will, where lawful and subject to any rights of set-off or forfeiture under these Terms (for example, in cases of fraud), be paid out to you via an agreed payment method.
  • Bonuses and promotions: On closure, all active Bonuses and Promotion rights will ordinarily be cancelled and any Bonus funds not yet converted into withdrawable cash will be forfeited, unless the Operator expressly agrees otherwise.
  • Record retention: The Operator may retain records of closed Accounts and associated data for such period as is required or permitted under applicable law and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Governing law: These Terms, your Account and any Bet placed via jazsportc.com (including the Jazz Sports localized instance) are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of law that may apply in your country of residence.
  • Regulatory framework: The Operator conducts online gambling operations under Master Licence 365/JAZ issued by Gaming Curaçao and under sub-licence GLH-OCCHKTW0710102018. These licences do not constitute a licence from the UK Gambling Commission and do not provide UKGC-backed legal recourse.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints: If you have a complaint about the Site or the Operator's services, you should first contact customer support using the channels described in the Contact Information section. The Operator will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe in 2025.

  • Jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao. Nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing proceedings in another jurisdiction where such right cannot be lawfully excluded.
